Position: Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Location: 217 Fordham Street, Bronx, NY 10464
Requirements: Professional office experience and strong persuasive communication skills required. Candidates must be highly organized, capable of managing high call volumes, and proficient in scheduling multiple technicians. Previous experience in HVAC dispatching or a related trade is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer service inquiries and service requests.
- Coordinate technician scheduling and dispatching.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Actively request and promote recommendation quotes and reviews from satisfied customers.
- Proactively promote maintenance plans for new customers and recent installations.
